Vacation Rental Policy Info
All Rentals have central air and heat. Fully equipped kitchen including coffeemaker & microwave. Each has telephone and is modem accessible. Cable TV with color television. Private deck with a picnic table.

Guests must provide linens, blankets, pillows, towels, grill, cleaning supplies and any lawn furniture.

  1. Please Review the Following: During peak season, rentals are available on a weekly basis only. Special off-season rates are available.

  3. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN VACATION RENTALS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  4. No singles without a parent or legal guardian.
  5. Reservations for a Rental require a $100 security deposit per week (Executive- $200) payable within 14 days of the date reservation was made, plus payment in full 60 days prior to arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 14 days of departure if the rental is left clean and undamaged.
  6. We will guarantee one of two specific Vacation Rentals only if:
    A) The unit is available at the time the reservation is made and,
    B) The reservation is paid in full at the time the reservation is made.
  7. Cancellations with at least a 60-day notice prior to arrival will result in all rental monies, less a $25 administrative fee, being returned. Cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit and all monies paid.
  8. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE, INCLEMENT WEATHER, OR CHANGING TO A LESSER PRICED UNIT.
  9. Changing arrival date - Changing dates only (not rate or length of stay) incurs a $50.00 charge.
  10. Monthly Reservation Cancellation policies:
    A) More than 60 days in advance will incur a $100 administrative fee.
    B) Cancellations made less than 60 days in advance will result in the forfeiture of all monies paid including the security deposit. If the unit is re-rented then you would be refunded the rental fee minus a $100 administrative fee.
  11. Vacation Rental rates are based on a family of (5)five in the 2 Bedroom or (6) six in the 3 Bedroom and Executive units with one vehicle. $2 fee per day for a second vehicle.
  12. Camping equipment is not allowed on your vacation rental site.
  13. CHECK-IN AFTER 4:00 PM; CHECK-OUT Before 11:00AM
  14. ALL RENTALS ARE NON SMOKING.
