Position:  General Maintenance/Grounds Crew Members

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Perform assigned general maintenance duties required to maintain and repair buildings, structures, machinery and equipment, involving some skill in carpentry, plumbing, painting and/or the electrical or mechanical trades.

• Repair and maintain buildings, structures, equipment, utilities, etc

• Respond to and assist guests with issues and maintenance questions

• General labor such as loading and delivering materials, pressure washing, site prep/clean -up, etc.

• Assist in setting up for events and cleaning up after

• Keep areas free of debris and trash, and assist in trash pick-up

• Mow sites and common areas, prune bushes and trees, edge areas, etc.

• Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure facilities are properly cared for

Desired qualifications include:

• Experience in general maintenance

• Ability to operate various equipment and tools

• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions including heat and rain

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Ability to start work as early as 7:00am and work weekends and holidays

• Valid driver's license

• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
