Position: General Maintenance Crew Members
Duties include but are not limited to:
Perform assigned general maintenance duties required to maintain and repair buildings, structures, machinery and equipment, involving some skill in carpentry, plumbing, painting and/or the electrical or mechanical trades.
Repair and maintain buildings, structures, equipment, utilities, etc
Respond to and assist guests with issues and maintenance questions
General labor such as loading and delivering materials, pressure washing, site prep/clean -up, etc.
Assist in setting up for events and cleaning up after
Keep areas free of debris and trash, and assist in trash pick-up
Collaborate with grounds keeping and housekeeping to ensure facilities are properly cared for
Desired qualifications include:
Experience in general maintenance
Ability to operate various equipment and tools
Ability to work outside in various weather conditions including heat
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to start work as early as 7:00am and work weekends and holidays
Valid driver's license
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Position: Groundskeeping/Sanitation Crew Members
Immediate openings for grounds keeping help. We are looking for someone who will be able to help keep the facility neat, tidy and aesthetically appealing.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Mow sites and common areas, prune bushes and trees, edge areas, etc.
Keep areas free of debris and trash and assist in trash pick-up
Collaborate with general maintenance to ensure facilities are properly cared for
Desired qualifications include:
Ability to operate various landscaping equipment and tools
Ability to work outside in various weather conditions including heat
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to start work as early as 7:00am and work weekends and holidays
Valid driver's license
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Position: Seasonal or Part-time Front Desk/Reservation Clerks for Evenings
We are looking for candidates with upbeat personalities that enjoy working with people.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Greet and check-in customers
Answer phones, make reservations, take payments, answer questions, etc.
Issue car passes and perform other point of sale transactions
Assist guests that need information and directions
Assist guests that have issues or conflicts and help come to resolution
Assist guests in the event of an emergency, evacuation, disturbance, etc.
Provide an enjoyable and hospitable experience for guests
Perform administrative tasks such as making copies, faxing, filing, stuffing brochures, organizing, etc.
Ensure work area stays neat and clean
Desired qualifications include:
Ability to stand on feet for up to 8 hours
Good computer and communication skills
Experience handling cash
Experience in hospitality or customer service
General knowledge of camping
Experience with resort reservation software a plus
Comfortable performing a variety of tasks and helping out wherever needed
Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment
Ability to multi-task and remain composed when issues arise
Ability to work a flexible schedule and work weekends and holidays
Valid driver's license
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
