ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF COVID-19 RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

In consideration for being permitted to enter upon and use the premises owned and/or operated by Pirateland Family Campground, the undersigned guest acknowledges and agrees that he, on behalf of himself, his family members, and guests:

1. Is familiar with and shall abide by all local and State laws and orders requiring individuals to protect themselves from contracting the virus and spreading the virus to others;

2. Is familiar with and shall abide by all CDC Guidelines recommending social distancing, wearing of PPEs (including face masks, gloves, and the like), and sanitation of person and property;

3. Understands and assumes the risks posed by the COVID-19 pandemic while present at Pirateland Family Campground, including exposure to and infection by the virus;

4. Acknowledges that Pirateland Family Campground cannot guarantee that its guests will not be exposed to or infected by the virus;

5. Agrees to take action to protect himself, his family members, and guests from the risk of exposure to and infection by the virus;

6. Accepts sole responsibility for any illness, injury, death, expense, loss, or other damage experienced by himself, his family members, and guests as the result of being exposed to or infected by the virus (“Claims”); and

7. Releases, covenants not to sue, discharges, and holds harmless Pirateland Family Campground, its officers, agents, representatives, and employees from any and all Claims arising out of or related to my presence upon the campground.
