Please keep in mind we are busiest during weekends and holidays so most positions require working hours during those times.

Position: Seasonal or Part-time Front Gate/Patrol Crew Member

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Meet and greet all entrants through the gate

  • Ensure registered guests have valid parking permits and/or assist them in obtaining one

  • Maintain an even flow of traffic into and out of the resort

  • Answer phone at front gate and transfer calls where appropriate

  • Assist guests that need information or directions

  • Assist guests in the event of an emergency, evacuation, disturbance, etc.

  • Pick up trash on roadways, in parking lots, and all common areas

  • Site checks and park inventory

  • Maintain a high patrol profile in the store, arcade and pool areas

  • Patrol park and enforce safety rules and regulations

  • Escort guests and emergency services when necessary

  • Prepare incident report on all reported incidents/accidents.

  • Maintain front gate log

Desired qualifications include:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to stand on feet for long period of time

  • Friendly and outgoing personality

  • Ability to work outside in various weather conditions including heat

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • General knowledge of camping is a plus

  • Ability to work 2nd and 3rd shift, weekends and holidays

  • Valid driver's license and good driving record

  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test

  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Position:  General Maintenance/Grounds Crew Members

Duties include but are not limited to:

·         Perform assigned general maintenance duties required to maintain and repair buildings, structures, machinery and equipment, involving some skill in carpentry, plumbing, painting and/or the electrical or mechanical trades.

  • Repair and maintain buildings, structures, equipment, utilities, etc

  • Respond to and assist guests with issues and maintenance questions

  • General labor such as loading and delivering materials, pressure washing, site prep/clean -up, etc.

  • Assist in setting up for events and cleaning up after

  • Keep areas free of debris and trash, and assist in trash pick-up

  • Mow sites and common areas, prune bushes and trees, edge areas, etc.

  • Keep areas free of debris and trash, and assist in trash pick-up

  • Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure facilities are properly cared for

Desired qualifications include:

  • Experience in general maintenance

  • Ability to operate various equipment and tools

  • Ability to work outside in various weather conditions including heat

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Ability to start work as early as 7:00am and work weekends and holidays

  • Valid driver's license

  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test

  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
